Hi, I'm Christopher Jarvis.
I'm a full-stack web developer.

About

Responsive

I build fully responsive web applications that look great on any device.

Team

I'm comfortable working on teams large or small. I love collaborating on new ideas.

Code

I strive to write clean, maintainable code, that is compatible with all modern browsers.

Full-Stack

I enjoy building front-ends in React just as much as I like working with servers in Node.

Who am I?

I'm a recent graduate of the Thinkful full-stack bootcamp.

HTML5

JavaScript
jQuery
React
Redux
Node
UI Design
Photoshop

I love solving complex problems and witnessing the transformation of initial ideas, into robust, creative web applications. I got my feet wet in programming as an automation electrician and from the moment I wrote my first line of JavaScript, I was completely hooked. I am quite simply addicted to every aspect of programming. From the brain splitting, seemingly impossible, "fist through monitor" moments. To the incredible "Ah HA! That's how it works, I'm a total genius!" moments. I am insanely excited to have the opportunity to continue learning and developing my skills in a constantly changing industry.

When I'm not writing code, I can often be found at the gym trying to, as the kids say, "get swole". Cruising microbreweries with my girlfriend, or trying not to lose money on the stock market.
